Support Worker

What you'll do:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex conditions

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence support

  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences

  • Assist with safe medication prompting, administration and accurate record-keeping

  • Promote independence through life skills, community access and meaningful daily activities

  • Provide genuine companionship — conversation, hobbies, and emotional reassurance

  • Escort and accompany individuals to hospital, GP and other appointments

  • Support social interactions and help maintain connections with family and community

  • Carry out domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry, tidying and home organisation

  • Assist with shopping, errands and prescription collection

  • Build trusting, consistent relationships and provide emotional support

  • Maintain clear, accurate records and follow agreed support plans

  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and wider support teams

Who you are:

What you'll need:

  • The ability to work flexibly across day and night shifts
  • A willingness to learn and follow support plans and care guidelines
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential

No formal qualifications required—full training and ongoing support provided.

Personal Care

Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver safe, evidence‑based clinical care
  • Complete assessments, care plans, and risk management documentation
  • Administer medication and carry out clinical procedures
  • Monitor health changes and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Lead and support care teams to ensure high standards of practice

Who you are:

A compassionate, clinically confident professional with excellent judgement and communication skills.

Assistant Nurse / Nursing Assistant

What you’ll do:

  • Support Nurses with clinical tasks and observations
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report changes
  • Promote comfort, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Maintain a safe, clean care environment
